Tasks included:

• Oversite and reconciliation of the schedule for 9 physicians and multiple mid-level practitioners, across 3 practice locations.  Identify and track errors and ensure their resolution by communicating with the different offices.

• Create diagnostic-specific reports relating to revenue and encounters, at the discretion of the Practice Manager.

• Review sleep study reports to enter key physiologic data into the electronic medical record.

• Coordinate scheduling of Greenwich pulmonary practice, including patient registration.

• Coordinate scheduling of Pulmonary Function Testing for Stamford pulmonary practice.

• Review Sleep Center electronic medical record and vendor’s website to identify orders more than one month old in order to ensure appropriate follow up, by contacting the ordering physician and the patient.

• Other: review telephone messages for Pulmonary practice; file documents into electronic medical record for sleep and pulmonary practices; FAX sleep reports to ordering physicians.
